If you manage a hotel listed on Hotels for Kids, use the claim a hotel area to request access. You can also suggest a hotel update if you only need to correct one listing detail.

Travel partners

For tourism boards, family travel specialists, or booking partners, email the address above with the destination, hotel group, or family travel angle you want to discuss. Any paid placement must be labelled and kept separate from family-fit scoring.

Response times

Hotels for Kids is still growing, so replies may not be immediate. Corrections that affect safety, child supervision, fees, or booking confidence get reviewed first.
