Mainland resort or island stay?
Denarau is a useful starting point when you want a resort holiday without an outer-island connection. Compare the Coral Coast when you are happy to drive farther along Viti Levu. For the Mamanuca Islands, check the boat or air transfer before booking flights, including whether your arrival needs an overnight mainland stay.
Price the meals and transfers too
Add return transfers and meals for every child to the room price. Check which restaurants and menus a meal plan covers, and whether children’s offers depend on an adult package. Ask about child seats, baggage limits and the last connection back to the mainland.
Kids club ages need a close look
A resort can welcome babies without offering infant care. Read the current club rules for each child and ask about toddler care, evening sessions and additional charges. Confirm the timetable before planning time away from the children.
